Tom Speaks from experience!  He began his twenty-seven year career with Special Service Systems, Inc as Director of Marketing, working with the petroleum and banking industries to cut costs and improve profitability in their credit card departments.  As vice president of Marketing and Human Resources, he worked with staff and mangement to create  an environment of high morale and enthusiasm.  Within two years of implementing a comprehensive CSR training program, turnover was cut from 113% to 15%.  Customer retention increased by 50%.

Tom is a member of the National Speakers Association, American Society for Training and Development, Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals and Toastmasters International.
